What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge a flat fee of £6.99 and next delivery

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept paypal were you can pay by debit or credit card without the need for a paypal account, we also accept bank transfer payments or pay in instalments with clearpay.

How long will delivery take?

We post next day delivery.Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 3pm (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after 3pm BST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We will send your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes we have an SSL certificate which is the padlock in the address bar and you pay via an online secure site such as paypal or clearpay.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our website will automatically send you an invoice to your email address once an order is placed.

Can I return my item?

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a exchange or Store Credit. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.

We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for store credit or exchange providing the goods are unworn and labels are still attached and undamaged. This excludes underwear, tights or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear, they must also be returned in their original box as this is part of the product. This returns policy applies to full price orders only. Sale items must be returned within the 7 day cancellation period to receive a store credit or exchange. Any items received after this time will be returned to the customer. Please note we do not offer a credit note on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

When returning an item the buyer is responsible for the return delivery charge.

Do you post oversea to other countries outside the UK

Yes we do post overseas. Please contact us to place an overseas order and enquire about delivery charges.
